Membership in this church is open to all who are in general agreement with our Unitarian Universalist Principles. Membership begins with the mindful act of signing the Membership Book.
Path to Membership, Early Spring 2014
If you are considering becoming a member of the UCSI, the Path for Membership class that will be offered in the early spring is an excellent way to learn more about Unitarian Universalism, our church and its members.
As we get to know each other, explore our spiritual journeys and what moves you about the Unitarian Church of Staten Island, you can gain a deeper understanding of Unitarian Universalist theology; increase your knowledge of American Unitarian and Universalist history; and get an in-depth look at our own Church including a tour of the building, an understanding of the committee structure and other programs, and the meaning of membership in the Unitarian Universalist Church of Staten Island.
If spring seems like too long to wait for this vital information, your membership co-chairs Maureen Curran and Sarah Dolinar are available to answer your questions, and help clarify any concerns right now. You can reach us at membership -at- uucsi.org.
